The Kent DORA Path 2025 Kickoff Week
Main Street Kent is planning the Kent DORA Path for summer 2025. With 26 participating bars, breweries and restaurants all located in the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, participants 21 years of age and older can pick up a passport at any location beginning June 1, then spend the summer exploring the DORA in Kent, getting their passports stamped at each place they make a DORA purchase. Get 15 stamps, receive one entry for a chance to win $500 and raffle prizes; get the whole passport stamped and receive three entries for a chance to win $500 and raffle prizes. The Kent DORA Path will run June 1 through September 1, with a party at Dan Smith Community Park on September 21, 4-6pm where participants will gather for a beverage, food, music and prize drawings. Passports must be submitted by September 5; just follow the instructions on the passport and visit https://mainstreetkent.org/kent-dora-path/ for details. The passport lists all participating locations, including addresses and websites for easy access to hours and days of operation. The map also shows many outdoor seating areas where DORA beverages can be enjoyed including Dan Smith Community Park, Hometown Bank Plaza, Acorn Alley, Acorn Plaza, Franklin Ave.; plus, there are dozens of benches, picnic tables and flowerbed seating walls throughout the downtown district.
Participating locations serving DORA beverages include Bar Lucci, Barflyy, Barrio, Bell Tower Brewing, Belleria Pizza & Italian, Beware of the Leopard, Board & Bevy, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dominick’s, EuroGyro, Federales Street Tacos, Fresco Mexican Grill, Last Exit Books, Laziza, Maddalena’s (opening soon!), Nineteen 10, North Water Brewing, Over Easy at the Depot, Panini’s, Ray’s Place, Taco Tontos, The Loft, The Pub in Kent, Venice Cafe, Water Street Tavern, and Zephyr Pub
