ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM – Saison

A traditional Saison brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of wheat malt. This brew is highly carbonated, lightly hopped, dry, and super drinkable. We pitched a special yeast blend and kept fermentation temperatures high to bring out aromas and flavors of bubblegum, banana, clove, and spices. We also added lemon zest to make it even more interesting.
HIKE & BIKE – Blonde Ale
4.5% ABV | 18 IBU

An easy drinking and approachable malt forward ale. Straw yellow color with a thick white head. Brewed with a fruitier yeast strain to keep things balanced with a dry finish. Perfect for after a day out on your local trails.
TWIN COACH – IPA

Brewed with a dynamic trio of Cascade, Citra, and El Dorado hops, it bursts with layers of bright citrus, ripe stone fruit, and piney resin. Expect waves of grapefruit, mango, and candied pineapple on the nose, followed by a crisp, balanced bitterness that lingers just long enough. A sturdy malt backbone keeps things grounded,while a dry finish invites another sip.
BAM BAM – Fruity Cereal Hazy IPA

Revisit one of your childhood favorites but with an adult twist! This Hazy IPA is double dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe Hops. Then conditioned on top of a crazy amount of fruity cereal and hand cut vanilla beans. Flavors and aromas of orange, lemon, and lime reminiscent of left over cereal milk.

STANDING ROCK – Irish Red Ale

Delicious, reliable Standing Rock is back and better than ever! Malt forward ale with a just a touch of hops to keep the sweetness in check. The grain bill gives flavors of biscuit, raisin, and figs with yeast eaters bringing dark fruit undertones.

SILK MILL – Brown Ale

Smooth, balanced, and richly malt-forward, Silk Mill is a classic brown ale with a modern touch. Layers of toasted malt and caramel create a silky body and satisfying depth. Nugget and EKG hops lend gentle herbal and earthy notes that complement the malt sweetness without overpowering it.
TULLY’S SHANDY – Blackberry Shandy

Smooth and crisp, this shandy is infused with heaps of fresh blackberries, giving this delicious brew jammy flavors with a touch of tartness. Crushable and easy to drink during the warm spring months.
MASTERMIND – Key Lime Pie Sour

An oat heavy base beer soured with our favorite lactobacillus strain to give it a nice lemon tartness, then conditioned it on lime, cinnamon, graham cracker, and vanilla bean. A nice balance of tart and sweet. What comes through is dessert in a glass.

DAFFODIL HILL – Maibock

Brewed in collaboration with our neighbors at Bell Tower Brewing Co., we brewed a German-style Maibock to honor the gravity of events of May 4th, 1970. Named after the living tribute planted next to the Commons behind Taylor Hall on Kent State’s campus, “Daffodil Hill” is a golden colored, strong, malt- forward lager that balances richness with drinkability.
REIGN – Hazy IPA
7% ABV | 45 IBU

Brewed with heavy amount of oats and wheat. Super fluffy body and double dry hopped with some of the dankest hops out there. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata bring lots of berry and citrus notes with undertones of pine.
FOREVER FERN – Cream Ale

A refreshing Cream Ale that’s perfect for easy-drinking moments. This light and clean brew is made with Pilsner malt and a moderate touch of corn, creating a subtle sweetness and an incredibly smooth mouthfeel. With a low bitterness and a super dry finish, it’s a beer that’s easy to sip and hard to put down.

The “accidental” base of our American Wheat Beer is brewed with a simple Pilsner and Wheat grain bill. Very little hops to let the grain and yeast shine through. Easy drinker with fruity undertones coming from the Kveik yeast strain. Flavored with grapefruit juice it’s delightfully refreshing!

A rich, full-bodied stout brewed for depth and balance. Cocoa powder and cacao nibs bring layers of dark chocolate and subtle bitterness, while vanilla beans add a soft, creamy sweetness that smooths out the brew.
