- A traditional Saison brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of wheat malt. This brew is highly carbonated, lightly hopped, dry, and super drinkable. We pitched a special yeast blend and kept fermentation temperatures high to bring out aromas and flavors of bubblegum, banana, clove, and spices. We also added lemon zest to make it even more interesting.

- Brewed with a dynamic trio of Cascade, Citra, and El Dorado hops, it bursts with layers of bright citrus, ripe stone fruit, and piney resin. Expect waves of grapefruit, mango, and candied pineapple on the nose, followed by a crisp, balanced bitterness that lingers just long enough. A sturdy malt backbone keeps things grounded,while a dry finish invites another sip.

- Delicious, reliable Standing Rock is back and better than ever! Malt forward ale with a just a touch of hops to keep the sweetness in check. The grain bill gives flavors of biscuit, raisin, and figs with yeast eaters bringing dark fruit undertones.

- Smooth, balanced, and richly malt-forward, Silk Mill is a classic brown ale with a modern touch. Layers of toasted malt and caramel create a silky body and satisfying depth. Nugget and EKG hops lend gentle herbal and earthy notes that complement the malt sweetness without overpowering it.

- Smooth and crisp, this shandy is infused with heaps of fresh blackberries, giving this delicious brew jammy flavors with a touch of tartness. Crushable and easy to drink during the warm spring months.
- MASTERMIND – Key Lime Pie Sour

- An oat heavy base beer soured with our favorite lactobacillus strain to give it a nice lemon tartness, then conditioned it on lime, cinnamon, graham cracker, and vanilla bean. A nice balance of tart and sweet. What comes through is dessert in a glass.

DAFFODIL HILL – Maibock - 6% ABV | 25 IBU

- Brewed in collaboration with our neighbors at Bell Tower Brewing Co., we brewed a German-style Maibock to honor the gravity of events of May 4th, 1970. Named after the living tribute planted next to the Commons behind Taylor Hall on Kent State’s campus, “Daffodil Hill” is a golden colored, strong, malt- forward lager that balances richness with drinkability.
- NUTTY ELECTRIC SCOOTER* – Peanut Butter Chocolate Coffee Milk Stout

- We went a little nutty with this one! A delectable mix of two of our favorite stouts, brewed with lactose and aged on cocoa powder, cacao nibs and molten chocolate lava cake coffee beans. Vanilla beans and peanut butter add a soft, creamy sweetness that smooths out the brew. *Contains peanuts & lactose.
- CHIMNEY SWIFT – Hazy IPA
- 6.5% ABV | 45 IBU

- Brewed with fluffy oats and wheat. Then double dry hopped using Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. Tastes of grapefruit zest, fresh cut pineapple, and oranges. Thick body with a slightly sweet finish.

- The “accidental” base of our American Wheat Beer is brewed with a simple Pilsner and Wheat grain bill. Very little hops to let the grain and yeast shine through. Easy drinker with fruity undertones coming from the Kveik yeast strain. Flavored with grapefruit juice it’s delightfully refreshing!
