Yoga & Brew with Sherry Rose on Saturday!  8:00 AM held at Bella Vita Wellness. This is a new location for Yoga & Brew but with the same great instructor, Sherry Rose. Bella Vita Wellness is located at 154 E. Main Street Suite E in Acorn Alley. (The old Flasher Dry Cleaners Location) This is Sherry’s new Wellness & Yoga Business. The one hour classes are flow classes designed for Everyone! Beginners are welcome! After class receive a coupon for a beer tasting at North Water Brewing Co. or a coffee from Scribbles Coffee to use at a future date.
