Join the North Water Brewing Run Club after our September 10th group run for a conversation with Bridget Franek LeMay.

Bridget grew up in Hiram and ran for Crestwood High School securing five individual state championships.
She then attended Penn State where she was named Big 10 Freshman of the Year in 2007. In 2012, Bridget ran for the U.S. at the London Olympics in the 3,000 meter steeplechase. She was also a Nike sponsored athlete running for the Oregon Track Club.
Bridget’s talk will take place at 6:45 PM after our weekly group run focusing on post-run recovery, and her time at the Olympics and as a pro athlete.
